Obama sucks a$$, the freaking Marxist! There, better? ;D Bestest Friends in the whole wide world!!!!!!!!! LOLOL That's not fair, nebbie! You know darn well that Obama never once heard Wright make any controversial statements from the pulpit. Not once. In 20 years. And, don't even try and get started on Ayers. he was just "some guy who lived in the neighborhood". So, don't go there. Obtw, this just in on the comment by Ms. Obama re: "for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country." Well, we finally have Barack's response. Here it is...."Michelle was....uh....just some woman who....uh.....happened to live.....uh....in my house." So, see. he had a "credible" explanation for all of it. So just don't go there, nebtronica!

Lou said: Obtw, this just in on the comment by Ms. Obama re: "for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country." What is the problem getting this quote correct, is it intentional? When you drop the word 'really', as in 'really proud' vs just 'proud', it distorts what she actually said. She never said she wasn't proud at all of her country before, she just said that now she was completely proud, big difference. The concept that someone like Michelle Obama could have had some reservations about her country's history with black folks is too deep to comprehend maybe? Segregation and Jim Crow are gone, but not ancient history and M Obama was alive when MLK was assassinated. Obviously, the country is making huge strides toward eliminating racial barriers and her comment was acknowledging that. The jump in KKK membership since the election shows that not all white folks share her feelings, but that is another issue. Taking her comment to mean she has never been proud of her country at all is a ridiculous misconception of what she actually said and intellectually dishonest. Made for nice campaign fodder though, didn't work, but kept the base jumpin'.

Friscotiger, eh? You have no idea what kind of double meaning you just created for yourself, do you? Wrong "Frisco", bro I was going to register as "Summer Grove Tiger", but I wasn't able to use any name that had a space in it. Don't know why. Dude, I was in Frisco last weekend. The wife's grandparents live there. Boy does that place suck. ;D Anywhere that close to Jerry Jones needs a thurough cleansing. Of the ethnic type.

Later in the day, she put that word in.

That's one of the drawbacks of living in the DFW area. You hear so much stuff about the Cowboys, and 50% of it doesn't even have anything to do w/ football. Not directly, anyway. Like the Pac Man situation. I could always take or leave the Cowboys, but after living over here and having to hear about Jerry, and T.O., and Jessica, and Michael Irving, and Deion, etc. etc., I got sick of it. I almost always root for the Cowboys to lose now.
