ASU had LSU beat the year LSU won it all. Spare me the SEC superiority. UGA #1? When? Who's poll? You're a bunch of chokers. I guess SI has you #1...Beating the Rainbow Warriors does NOT place you among the "ELITE". That whole first paragraph is such a joke I can't even comment on the rest of it. You have as much respect as Arizona State has. Arizona State PLAYED for a national title in 1997 in the Fiesta Bowl vs Ohio State. Georgia's last? Spare the superiority. This isn't Ohio State, where they'll pelt you with whisky bottles. Enjoy the fun email...some Texans attended ASU, and we don't tolerate **** either. USC would've blasted UGA or LSU---ANY year. The rest is pretty amusing...good post...

ASU had LSU beat the year LSU won it all. how did ASU have LSU beat that year, if they never played each other in a year LSU won the title?

The only thing I can think of is that the original post that was deleted must have been referring to the 2005 ASU-LSU football game. I'm hoping our teams match up at the CWS this year - don't know when the last time if ever they played in Omaha. I know we had a home and home about 5 years back.

The only thing I can think of is that the original post that was deleted must have been referring to the 2005 ASU-LSU football game. that's what I'm thinking too (seemed like a football post). Yeah, ASU had LSU all but beat in '05, but LSU didn't win it all that year (didn't even win the SEC that year). I'm hoping our teams match up at the CWS this year - don't know when the last time if ever they played in Omaha. I know we had a home and home about 5 years back. Not sure if they have ever played. Seems like they would have by now.

So is this guy a UGA fan or a USC fan? Or a UT fan (like he said in other posts).
Or is he just an idiot? It's pretty unclear.

This is the original post I forgot to repost (I deleted the original):
Some advice/rules for Arizona St. fans from a Georgia fan
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Greetings from the Georgia Bulldog Nation!
A lot of the nation is excited about the upcoming Georgia/Arizona State game. And rightfully so! Word is that it will be ESPN Gameday. I will certainly be there along with a HUGE contingent of the Bulldog Nation. The stadium will probably be around 35-40% Georgia fans when all is said and done.
Again, a lot of Georgia fans are looking forward to coming and it should be a lot of fun.
One of the things that I have tried to do whenever Georgia plays an opponent for the first time is to try to explain a few things so there are no problems at the game.
Honestly, I am looking forward to the game with Arizona State this year but I do not want any problems. Whenever I go to an away game or a visiting team comes into Athens to play Georgia I make it a point to get a few things cleared up before the game starts. First off, you guys are playing Georgia. We are not some 2nd rate team from some backwards conference. Georgia is among the elite. The best. Pre-season #1. A tradition that goes back a long way. National Championships, many bowl wins, SEC Championships, yearly top 5 national rankings, etc. Understand? The list goes on. And on. With that resume comes respect. The kind of respect that can only be earned. The Georgia fans carry that respect whether we are at home or on the road and a few things need to be understood. We demand respect. When Georgia comes to town you are seeing one of the movers and shakers in all of college football and the fans are no exception. A few things:
1) First, there will NOT be any yelling in my ear during the game. I darn well don't plan on traveling all that distance to your stadium to have some guy yell in my ear. I will ask you one time to stop and no more. Look, it is a football game so of course you can cheer for your team. I don't mind clapping but this incessant yelling is out. If you continue then I will take a physical solution that you will not like. I will NEVER provoke but if you guys think that constant yelling in my ear is gonna be tolerated you are in for a big surprise. Same thing for the kids. Sure, they can be there but keep them out of my area and keep them quiet. If you cannot control the kids then you will be held responsible and I will take matters into my own hands. We don't put up with that crap in Athens and we darn well aren't gonna travel all that distance to your place and put up with it.
2) If I have to go to the restroom I don't wait in line, I go to the front. This is an area where I have encountered some problems before so I am just making it clear now. A Georgia fan has earned the right to not wait in some bathroom line and we choose to not do it. We demand respect. If you have a problem with this you had better go to a "home" restroom or to one where the Georgia fans are not in. If you do decide to make an issue out of it then be prepared to face a physical solution.
3) Ditto for concessions. We go to the front of the line. NOT OUT OF SPITE OR TO TRY TO SHOW YOU UP. It is all about showing respect, folks. Again, if you have a problem with this I advise you to keep away from me or the Georgia contingent. I am very upfront and honest when I tell you that it ain't nothing for me to up and kick a man's ass. Done it several times and I'll do it again if pushed. NEVER will I provoke, though. It is YOU that determines my actions.
As a Georgia fan, I demand respect. If you understand where I and the Georgia folks are coming from and what is expected then we will have a great time and no problems will ever arise. I PROMISE YOU THAT if you ever come to Athens my tailgate is open to you. All the food and drink you want. I swear I have fed hundreds of opposing fans and many come back every other year. WE GET ALONG GREAT--THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EXPECTED. Please understand that I am NOT coming to cause problems as that is the last thing on my agenda. It is a tradition and respect that Georgia has and you need to realize this. We can laugh and have a good time but I just wanted to get a few things understood beforehand. I hope all goes well and there are no problems.

What idiot wrote that. As an actual Georgia fan, this guy is an idiot that should be ignored. That guy and people like him are also the ones that get their heads kicked in by other Georgia fans for giving us a bad name. I've only gone after an opposing fan one time at a game and that was an Auburn fan who wouldn't stop cussing. I have however gone after and had several UGA fans removed from the stadium just for being a-holes like this guy. So once again, please ignore this person and know that most of the fans at UGA are kind, courteous, and hospitable people. Unfortunately it's the idiots like this that get all the attention.

Wow! What class. I loved this line
"Please understand that I am NOT coming to cause problems as that is the last thing on my agenda. "
After that nugget, I give up.

I wonder if he's that guy that got turned over in a port-o-let at LSU in '03. I witnessed that one, and must say, while I disagree with flipping over the port-o-let with someone in it, THAT guy was all but begging for it to happen.

Kind of like the BUDLIGHT commercial with Cedric the Entertainer in which he was in a port a potty that was knocked over?

Kind of like the BUDLIGHT commercial with Cedric the Entertainer in which he was in a port a potty that was knocked over? don't remember that commercial. this UGA guy was being a real @$$ in line at the porta potty. I'm talking abusive language, threatening people, etc. He even went so far as banging on the door while the female (LSU fan) in front of him was in it. Yelling stuff like "hurry the f*ck up b*tch!". Quite a verbal exchange and threats flying at this time. Dude goes into the porta potty. A group of college aged looking LSU fans waiting a few seconds after the door was locked, then pushed it on it's side. Everyone laughed and applauded, even the other UGA fans that saw it happen.

If they do, you really should come to that game and try pulling all this stuff. I'll be sure to sit right behind you yelling the whole time. Who the hell are you to say your better than everyone? Most Georgia fans actually have class. I guarantee that if you do actually go to the ASU game that your ass waits at the end of the line and if you try to fight somebody, you'd get your ass kicked.
