How do these schools have signing classes of 24 kids? Only 11.7 scholarships are available and on 35 can be on the roster. How does that work?

Havent heard much about, glad to hear we're getting a good pitcher. Doesn't really suprise me though as O'Sullivan was the reason Clemson had that stud staff a couple years ago.

Im not an expert, but I'll try. It seems to me that the NCAA wants baseball to be a head count sport, with the 25 man roster going into effect in 2010, I believe. That gives them 46.8 scholarships over 4 years.
