I feel like this is an AA meeting (not that I've been to one...seriously, haven't). Anyway, even though I've been on here since the beginning I never introduced myself.
I'm a Tulane alum/fan and I currently teach at Aurora University in Aurora, IL (yes the home of Wayne and Garth), who has a very strong D-III program (last went to the D-III CWS in either '06 or '05).

First post on here, but have been checking this board out for a couple of weeks. Name is Ben, and I'm a Vanderbilt fan. Good to have a place to discuss college baseball.

I am a Junior at Oklahoma State and originally from Tulsa, Ok. I have been an OSU football fan and attendee most of my life but only started following OSU baseball seriously about five years ago or so despite attending several baseball games every year since I was very young. Not that anyone cares but the "Everton" in my screen name is the name of a soccer club in Liverpool England that I follow. Just throwing that out there in case there are any other soccer or Premier league fans here.

I really wanted to get into the EPL, but I wasn't really sure what club to follow, or even how to follow them with no games on TV. Guess I could just stick to MLS. lol

It's not like there is any other way to watch live games in this country with very few exceptions. You just need to download free streaming programs like TVU, Sopcast and Tvants and find the links. I've never really gotten into the MLS since there are no local teams. I am a big supporter of the US national team though.

I have season tickets for the Chicago Fire. As for the EPL my team is Man City. Anyway you can follow the EPL a couple of different ways. There is a pay per view package for the EPL like ESPN Gameplan or NFL Sunday Ticket (or whatever it's called). If you live in a big city you can find a bar that shows games (there are hundreds all over Chicago). If you have Comcast Sports Net they show 1 game a week on Tuesday afternoon. If you have Fox Soccer Channel you can watch a lot of games from all over Europe, not just EPL. ESPN 2 shows Champions League matches. There is one today, one tomorrow and 2 next week. I think either Man U or Liverpool is playing today and Chelsea tomorrow. And lastly, I know it's not EPL but ABC/ESPN will be showing all of the matches of Euro 08 this summer..... Ok, now back to baseball

I am a 1999 graduate of Wichita State University. I live a couple hours away from Wichita now in South East Kansas. I still make it over to quite a few games and follow the team on the road as well. I have seen the Shox play in Seattle, Peoria, Springfield, MO, Lawrence, Manhattan, Fayettville, Minnesota, Omaha, and probably some others I am leaving out. Plan on making the trip to Norman this year. Luckily I have a very understanding and loving wife who is also a baseball fan who knows from Febuary to June I cannot stand to miss the Shox either live or on the radio or TV. I have 4 year old boy/girl twins and they are huge Shocker fans as well. Love this board and it is nice to see it growing and the popularity of college baseball is strong and stretches across the country.

Unfortunately as a college student none of those are an option for me with an exception for the ESPN Champions League matches. My grandparents have FSC and from my occasional viewings of that it seems like a good resource. How often do they play EPL non Liverpool/Arse/Manu/Chelsea matches though? I'll have to look into to getting that after I graduate. Anyway for now the only way to watch Everton live matches for me is via Asian and European p2p streams. Also, I didn't realize that ESPN would be showing Euro matches, that is good news.

I've been able to catch a couple of Man City games on Comcast Sports Net which just rebroadcasts a match from the previous weekend that was carried on FSC.
